Below is some of our most frequently asked questions to help you out.

How long is the lead time for delivery or store pick up?

 

For doughnuts and bread, our lead time is a week as it takes time to activate sourdough and ferment the dough in a traditional way. For sushi, please allow 3 days for delivery and store pick up lead time.

 

Sometimes we are fully booked and cannot meet your delivery request.

In that case, we will email you in 12 hours. If you didn't hear from us in 12 hours, please contact us via email or message us through Instagram.

 

Please note that we will always try our best to meet your request.

How much is delivery?

 

Our delivery fee is $15 across the Sydney CBD and a 15km radius. If you want to order more than 100 doughnuts, or any products which are equivalent to that, we can deliver to the other area. Please feel free to contact us!

 

 
Do you accept cash?

 

Sorry we cannot accept cash.

Please pay by a credit card or paypal through our website. After we confirmed your payment, we start preparing for your order.

 

 
What time will my order be delivered?

 

We will accommodate to your requested time. Let’s discuss by email.

We’d love you to have the freshest doughnuts or sushi so please let us know what time you are planning to have our food. We will do our best to deliver just before that time.

Your kitchen is gluten-free?

 

Yes, our kitchen and our ingredients are 100% gluten-free!

 

 
Do you use nuts?

 

Our doughnuts, bread and sushi don’t contain any nuts. We use almond meal in our brownies and baked donuts. But we are very cautious about contamination of nuts.
 

 
Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as before you receive our confirmation email. After that, 100% charge of your bill occurs.
